About Lady Beverly Ellis
Lady Beverly Ellis is the Co-founder of New Restoration Outreach Christian Center better known as NROCC Ministry in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Lady Ellis is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She is the daughter of the late Mr. Thomas Walker and Mrs. Mercedia Walker. She received her calling to Christ in 1984 under the ministry of late Bishop Lawrence C. Callahan at Philippian Community Church of Jacksonville, Florida. She has been married to Bishop Dr. Eric L. Ellis for 38 years and is the loving mother of 3 wonderful blessed children; Timothy, Erica and Victoria Ellis. She is also the grandmother to Jayla McLeod.
Lady Ellis attended Florida A&M University and Columbia College receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Computer Information and attended Florida Community College with a degree in Accounting and Marketing Management. She brings a wealth of 40 years of corporate experiences, innovation and solutions to the business industry. She began her career in the Mortgage Banking industry in Corporate Accounting in 1986, excelling to the outsourcing of Human Resources Operations for Fortune 500 companies; such as Wellspring Resources, PriceWaterHouseCoopers, Strategic Technologies and Fidelity Investments, as a Manager, Senior Consultant, Director of Pension, Payroll and Benefits and a Director of Business & Finance Operations. She is currently working for the United States Government Department of Agriculture (USDA) Financial Management Division. As she has filed her time serving God with diligence and faith, she still found time to be a great entrepreneur owner of Versidy Staffing and Solutions, LLC, Belamar Contact Solutions, LLC and Tri-Points Diverse Financial Services, LLC.
Lady Ellis was integral in starting Philippian Community Church of North Carolina with her husband in the heart of Wake County in 1999. In 2011 she received a reward from global ministry for being the First Lady of the Year. In 2016 she received a reward from Sisters Pushing Sisters International “Ordinary Women Doing Extraordinary Things”. In 2016 the church name was changed to New Restoration Outreach Christian Center where she continues to focus on outreach globally and within the surrounding communities. She is truly faithful and devoted to the ministry; she continues to encourage herself and others by seeking and hearing God’s Word. Sunday school has always been her passion in the ministry. She humbly served and initiated the development of our church Administration, Adult and Youth Choirs, Women’s Ministry, Usher Ministry, Youth Investment Expo, Adult and Youth Praise Dance Teams, Youth Sunday School, Outreach and Drama and Hospitality Ministries. She has created and develop multiple fundraisers and team activities to support the ministry outreach and special community programs. She is the Assistant Chairman for the Board of Directors. She has been a true contributor to St Jude’s Children Hospital and to AMIE Academy to vulnerable children of Sierra Leone in West Africa.
Lady Ellis is admirable and exquisite example of a virtuous woman, a first lady, a minister’s wife, a mother, a teacher, an innovator and a leader. The greatest of all, she is an anointed, born again, spirit-filled believer who seeks to please God and be used by Him in every area of her life. She passionately encourages everyone specially the youth and young adults to support and fulfill the purpose of God in their lives, serving and planting seeds, which is the Word of God to others.
Backstory
She is motivated by a consistent belief: “I will use my God given talents and strengths to develop and maintain a life that is on purpose for Christ, spiritually, emotionally and physically, and filled with the joy that God has promised those who worship him. My personal mission is to study and know the Word of God so that I might rightfully divide the Word of Truth and help others realize their purpose and increase their faith to speak LIFE.”
